CANCELLATION POLICY

Our program can be paid in full at the time of registration or in three scheduled payments at the beginning of every month for the duration of our program.

  1. Anticipated Cancellation(s): If you are aware of a prior commitment which will conflict with a scheduled class you’re registering for please let us know via e-mail at the time of registration. We allow for a maximum of two anticipated cancellations per program/day registered, which will be deducted from the price of registration.
  1. Unforeseen Cancellation(s): If a student must miss a session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to schedule a make-up session at a mutually convenient time. However, make-up sessions are not guaranteed due to the limited spots available, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes.
  1. No Show or Notice: There will not be any make-up opportunity for classes missed without any notice given to the program coordinator.
  1. Program Withdrawal: Students may cancel their enrollment in the program at any time by providing written notice to the program coordinator. Program withdrawals made during the course of the program are not eligible for a refund. In the event of withdrawal due to an extreme circumstance, the program coordinator will work with the parent to determine the best course of action. This may include issuing a partial credit on the account for a future program use.
TENNIS OHIO RULES & MEMBERSHIPS

Tennis Ohio is requesting that every player looking to play at the facility needs to become a member. The membership is only $100/year and it is mainly needed for tracking who’s coming in/out of the facility, and for liability/insurance purposes. You will also have access to their court sheets and be able to book courts at an extra fee.

To join our program, we would need you to sign up as a Tennis Ohio member. Please see instructions below:

1)   Make $100 payment via Venmo to Tennis Ohio (Link here).

2)   Make sure to write: Player’s Name – Email Address – NewGen

3)   That’s it!

4)   You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your credentials if you ever want to log in and make your own court reservations.
